Oriental Food Express was founded in 2011 in Shrewsbury, Shropshire to supply the growing population of Chinese students in the UK and Europe with their favourite dumplings and sliced hot pot meats under the brand name Kung Fu Food. Chinese dumplings typically consist of a thin layer of pastry folded around a filling of meat or vegetables (or a combination of the two). There are many kinds of Chinese dumplings that are enjoyed year round, but especially during Chinese New Year festivities. Kungfu's Dumplings (Three Delicacies Pork) are a variety of succulent pork dumpling made from pork belly and typically served fried, giving the dumplings a crispy texture.
