Zheng Feng Gingko Kernel 正豐 特級白果仁

Zhengfeng is a major Chinese producer of dried fruits, farm produce, processed foods, and spices. Zhengfeng's Ginkgo Kernels, or nuts, are an edible produce of the Maidenhair tree. These nut-like kernels have been used in traditional medicine for centuries and are believed to have a wide range of health benefits. However, they should be consumed in limited quantities as they also possess a neurotoxin, known as “Ginkgo Toxin”, which can be harmful in large quantities. The kernels are soft, yet chewy, and can be eaten either raw, toasted, or in mixed into dishes.
