Bai Jia is a Chinese food producer situated in the Sichuan province of Southwest China. The region is world famous for its unique take on Chinese cuisine. Bai Jia’s Chongqing Noodles (Hot & Sour Flavour) are instant noodles in the style of Chongging noodles, a dish originating from the city of the same name situated at the confluence of the Yangtze and Jialing rivers in Southwestern China. These noodles are delicately balanced between peppery spice and sour acidity, creating a medley of flavours in the mouth.
