ordering issues

Unfortunately, we cannot amend the items of the order after it was placed. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we would be able to merge the a newly placed order with the existing one and have them be dispatched together. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, after the new order is placed, so we can necessary arrangements. Please be reminded that we would only be able to merge orders with the same category. For example, we can only merge new fresh and frozen items with the existing fresh and frozen order instead of an ambient order.

If your order was packed or dispatched by our packing team, it could not be cancelled unfortunately. If your order is still in-progress and you wish to cancel the order, please call our customer service team hotline immediately to have it be arranged as soon as possible.

If the problem still persist, please contact our customer service team, we will further investigate the reason for the issue with our web developing team, and hopefully the problem can be resolved as soon as possible.
