You can enjoy free delivery service (excluding shipping) when your order subtotal is over £50.

Our cut-off time for local delivery order is 4pm, therefore, any orders with local delivery service placed before the cut-off time will be delivered on the same-day. The delivery time on weekdays is 7 - 9pm, while weekend/bank holiday delivery is 4:30 - 6:30pm unless specified on our website.

Please ring our customer service team hotline during office hour immediately for necessary arrangement. We will try our best to accommodate with your request if feasible.

Unfortunately, our local delivery service is only available at the provided time slots at the moment. You can request for the parcel to be placed in a safe place by providing delivery instructions in the shipping notes during checkout. Or you can place the order with our local collection service that is available collection during store opening hours. For more information on the opening hours of both of our stores, please visit the contact page.

If a valid delivery attempt was made by our driver, a redelivery fee has to be charged for each future redelivery shipment.

A dispatch email will be sent after your order is packed and ready for collection. After you have received the email, you can visit the selected store for collection. All orders will be ready for collection within 24 hours after the order was placed.

You are welcome to pick up the order anytime after you have received the dispatch email from us. It might be ready within a few hours after the order was placed!

Please ring our customer service team hotline immediately when you decided you would like to change the pick-up location. We would be able to amend the pick-up location before the order was dispatched/ready for collection. No adjustments can be made after the order was packed.

If your order was not dispatched/ready for collection, our customer service team will be able to make adjustments to it. Please call our hotline immediately to make necessary arrangements. Additional delivery charges may applied if the order subtotal (excluding shipping) is does not meet the threshold for free delivery/minimum order.

We would be able to make adjustments to the delivery services if the order is not packed and dispatched by our online team. Therefore, please contact our customer service team right after you have placed the order. We will be able to update the delivery service and arrange refund on the delivery fee price difference if there are any.
