• Fresh and Frozen order: You can enjoy free delivery service (excluding packaging fee) if 1. order subtotal is £55 or more AND 2. weights less than 28kg.
• Combined order: You can enjoy free delivery service (excluding shipping) if both Ambient and Fresh/Frozen orders meet their respective conditions above. If only one of the above condition is met, delivery charge will be applied to the portion that does not meet the conditions.

If you know there are days that you will not be available to receivie the delivery, please let us know by mentioning it in the shipping notes section during checkout. This will allow our packing team to make the necessary arrangements to dispatch your order accordingly.
